Jaci Marie Louise, ENP, President Jaci has been in Public Safety since 1985 when she was hired as a dispatcher with the Summit County Communications Center. She worked for the Summit County Communications Center until 2002. During her tenure, she was a dispatcher, trainer, training supervisor and Communications Center Director. She held the director position for seven years. Jaci assisted with the implementation of Enhanced 911, a new radio system, mapping and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD). She was the project manager for the building of a new center and moving the center in 1997, and is well versed in all aspects of 911 technologies and management. Jaci is the past President for Colorado NENA (National Emergency Number Association) and has been an active NENA member since 1999. Jaci has been an active APCO member since 1985. Some of her current projects include MSAG Maintenance, 911 Surcharge and billing reconciliation, 911 equipment inventories, wireless site mapping and Phases II accuracy testing, customized and general training presentations. |

David Beard, Vice President David is the “techie” of 911 Solutions, Inc., responsible for the maintenance and installation of computer software and hardware, network administration, GIS services and web page maintenance. David’s expertise includes, Access database design, technical specifications writing, contract administration, ArcGIS mapping and GPS data collection. David has attended the “Advanced GIS for the PSAP” and “Next Generation 9-1-1” courses offered by NENA. David has also attended the Geospatial Integration for Public Safety conferences in Nashville, Tn. (2006) and New Orleans, La. (2007) David has been an active member of NENA since 2006. |
